Turkey in Yoghurt

As it turns out, my Turkey in Yoghurt recipe is also a great crowd pleaser. The truth is there is something special about what yogurt does to turkey when marinated overnight. It imparts a tangy flavour that lifts all the other flavourings. It tenderizes slightly, without turning the meat too soft. Try this recipe in Thermomix TM6 and you won’t worry about using leftover turkey ever again!
